Who we are

Advanced Drone Solutions ("ADS", "we", "us") builds commercial cleaning drone systems and provides exterior building cleaning services. We are based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers advanceddronesolutions.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. There is no account to create and nothing is collected in the background.

Quote and contact forms

Name, email address, phone number, and — depending on the form — company or business name, city or property location, building type, approximate height, surfaces to be cleaned, whether you already run a cleaning business, and anything you write in the message field.

Spec sheet requests

Name, company, email address, phone number, and which document you asked for.

Server logs

Our host records standard request data — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — as any web server does. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

What we do with it

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or specification.
• Send you the document you requested.
• Follow up about that enquiry.
• Keep our own records of who we have quoted and what we quoted.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote. If we ever start a newsletter it will be something you opt into separately.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tag manager, and no session or local storage. It makes no requests to any third-party server — fonts, images, video, and the 3D models are all served from our own domain.

That is also why you are not seeing a cookie banner. There is nothing stored on your device to ask permission for.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites in the first place, we have nothing to change in response to it, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on this site.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with:

• Formspree — processes our form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Everything you submit through a form on this site passes through them. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Our hosting and email providers — they hold the data incidentally in order to serve the site and carry our mail.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to — a valid legal request, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the commercial relationship — typically up to three years from our last contact with you — and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not hold payment details or any special-category data.

Your choices

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@advanceddronesolutions.com and we will action it. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. If the CCPA applies to a request you make, you may ask us to disclose, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Visitors from the UK and EU

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our lawful basis for handling your enquiry is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our products — or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your information, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Your information is transferred to and stored in the United States.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Where we link out, those sites have their own policies and we are not responsible for them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
