These cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any purchase — equipment and services are quoted and contracted separately, in writing.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of advanceddronesolutions.com, operated by Advanced Drone Solutions Inc. (“Advanced Drone Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
An informational and marketing site for Advanced Drone Solutions, together with an online shop for parts, accessories, and apparel. You can read about our products and services, request a specification sheet, ask us for a quote, and buy the items listed in the shop.
Stratos systems, Wash Kits, cleaning services, and leases are not sold through this website. Outside the shop, nothing here is an offer to sell and submitting a form does not create a contract. Any equipment sale, service, or lease is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement takes precedence over anything said here.
Specifications, pricing, and availability
Product specifications, capacities, and performance figures shown on this site or in any document downloaded from it are indicative, vary by configuration, and are subject to change without notice. They are not a warranty or guarantee of performance. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with us in writing before ordering.
Prices shown in the shop apply to those items only. We publish no list prices for Stratos systems, Wash Kits, or services: pricing for those is provided by written quote and may vary by product configuration, project scope, services, options, location, and other applicable requirements. A quote is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in that quote.
Operating a drone is your responsibility
Commercial drone operation in the United States is regulated by the FAA and generally requires a Remote Pilot Certificate under 14 CFR Part 107, plus compliance with airspace rules, local ordinances, and site-specific requirements. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, or safety advice. If you buy or operate our equipment, you are responsible for operating it lawfully and safely, for holding the necessary certifications, permissions, and insurance, and for the training and conduct of your crew.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or anything connected to it;
- interfere with its operation, or place unreasonable load on it;
- submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms;
- scrape or harvest content or contact information for bulk outreach.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, video, 3D models, layout, and the Advanced Drone Solutions name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Third-party sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Drone Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information you send us.
Shop orders
This section applies to items bought through our shop. It does not apply to equipment, services, or leases, which are contracted separately as described above.
- Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the item has shipped. Until then we may decline or cancel the order, and if we do we will refund it in full.
- Prices, taxes, and shipping. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund it rather than supply at that price.
- Payment. Payment is taken by our payment processor on its own systems. Card details are entered on the processor’s page and do not reach ours.
- Availability. Stock figures can be wrong, and an item may sell out between your order and our packing it. If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we will tell you and refund it.
- Delivery and risk. Delivery dates are estimates, not promises. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. Apparel is made to order and may arrive separately from other items, with its own tracking.
- Returns. Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. Made-to-order apparel cannot be returned for size or change of mind, only if it is faulty or misprinted. To start a return, contact us with your order reference.
- Items sold by other retailers. Some listings link to a third-party retailer rather than checking out here. Those purchases are made with that retailer under their terms, and we are not a party to them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
